At Southwest Counselling Services, we are a collective of qualified counsellors with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate their way through life's difficulties and challenges. Our team of experts holds Master's Level Social Work degrees and are all registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Each counselor has a unique set of skills, expertise, and area of interest, allowing us to provide a wide range of services tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Our services include individual, couples, and family counselling, mental performance coaching, trauma therapy, and play therapy. We also provide specialized programs such as the Perform Program, which offers workshops designed to support athletes in achieving their full potential, and Psychedelic Enhanced Psychotherapy, a revolutionary approach to treating depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Additionally, we offer the Safe and Sound Protocol, a therapeutic intervention designed to reduce stress and auditory sensitivity while enhancing social engagement and resilience.
