Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, including counselling for individuals, couples, and children, as well as specialized treatments such as depression, anxiety, trauma therapy, EMDR, IFS, EFT, grief counselling, faith-based counselling, spiritual psychotherapy, and more. We also provide life coaching, parenting support, stress management, conflict resolution, anger and emotional management, self-esteem work, and career issues. In addition, we offer integration sessions for psychedelic assisted psychotherapy, including ketamine assisted psychotherapy.
