How We Work

At ZenTree Construction, we're committed to making the renovation process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Here's how we work:

1. Meet to Discuss Your Project: We start by meeting with you to discuss your vision, take measurements, and gather all the necessary information to provide you with a detailed and accurate project quote.

2. Provide a Detailed Estimate: After we meet, we'll prepare your quote and contract, including a detailed scope of work, an estimated project timeline, project fees, and a breakdown of the finish materials you'll need to help you plan your budget.

3. Project Kick-Off: Before the project start date, you'll receive a project document outlining all the details related to your renovation, so you know exactly what to expect. We'll get the permits and sub-contractors lined up and ensure everyone is on the same page for your project.

4. Project Completion: At the end of your project, we'll take pictures, do a final review for quality assurance, and remove all materials and garbage so you can move into your freshly renovated space the same day we leave. And, our support doesn't end when your project does; we're pleased to provide a two-year warranty on all workmanship.
