Our Story

Our company was founded by Brad Rumpel, a skilled carpenter with a passion for building excellence. Brad's journey in the construction industry began with renovation work on residential houses, which eventually led to him starting his own business building spec homes. Over the years, he has expanded the business to include larger projects involving framing multi-unit buildings and commercial tenant improvements.

Brad's commitment to excellence has earned him numerous awards and recognition, including the gold medal for Carpentry at the BC Skills Competition and the bronze medal for Carpentry at the Canadian Skills Competition. He has also been recognized with several awards from Camosun College, including the Carpentry Apprenticeship Award, the Society of Vocational Instructors' Award, and the John Drysdale Memorial Award.
