Our Story
The concept of Alba began with a passion for using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients to create dishes that are both familiar and innovative. Sean, our executive chef, brings a wealth of experience from his time at the Culinary Institute of America, as well as his apprenticeships in Los Angeles and Northern Italy. Kelly, our general manager, has a background in international studies and Spanish, and has worked in restaurants since 1990. Together, they have created a menu that is both seasonal and sophisticated, with dishes that are simply prepared and cooked over a state-of-the-art wood-burning grill.
