Our Location and Amenities
Our hotel is situated in a prime location, within walking distance to a pub, ice cream shop, and three restaurants. A short drive north will bring you to Bowser, where you can find a liquor store, grocery store, coffee shop, and gift shop. We're also centrally located for day trips to the Parksville-Qualicum area, offering activities such as hiking, kayaking, skiing and snowboarding, golfing, and fishing. Our large lawn area features a game of croquet, badminton, or bocce, as well as picnic tables, lounge chairs, and a seawall with an outside fireplace overlooking the water, perfect for evening campfires.

Guests were overall very pleased with their stay at the oceanfront motel. Many commented on the beautiful location, cleanliness, and comfortable rooms. The fire pit and seating area by the ocean were particularly enjoyed. The friendly owners were also a highlight for many guests. Some guests appreciated the COVID-19 measures in place, such as contactless check-in. The close proximity to local restaurants and the beauty of the surrounding area made it an ideal spot for relaxation and exploration.
A few guests noted that the rooms were basic and could use some updating, such as adding air conditioning. Some also mentioned that the lack of air conditioning made the rooms quite warm. A couple of guests experienced noise issues, which made it difficult to sleep. However, the majority of guests had a positive experience and would return to the motel in the future.
