Laser Cutting
Our laser cutting division utilizes two Trumpf TruLaser systems to handle complex cuts in stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum. The TruLaser 3030 handles large sheets up to 60x120 inches while the automated TruLaser 2510 specializes in high-volume gauge material production. This technology enables us to maintain tolerances within 0.001 inches for both prototyping and bulk manufacturing applications across industrial sectors.
Steel Fabrication
As a union-certified shop, we combine advanced machinery with expert craftsmanship for complete steel fabrication. Our capabilities include forming parts up to 159 inches using a 253-ton TruBend press brake and precision work with a 4-foot Mecos electric brake. This allows us to produce complex geometries in stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum for custom industrial components requiring exact specifications.
Custom Manufacturing
We specialize in just-in-time manufacturing of custom metal components based on technical drawings or 3D models.
