Laser Profiling
Our laser profiling technology delivers accurate cuts in aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel plates. Capable of processing materials up to 3/8" thickness with 60x120" sheet capacity, this method reduces costs while maintaining dimensional accuracy. Forming
We shape metal sheets using 12-175 ton press brakes to create precise angles and curves. This fundamental fabrication process accommodates various materials while maintaining dimensional accuracy. Rolling
Our 4-roll pinch system forms cylindrical components from 3/8" mild steel plates up to 84" wide. Capable of producing diameters from 16" to 12 feet, this process creates tanks, silos, and piping systems. The rolling service integrates with our fabrication capabilities for complete industrial assembly solutions.
Light Machining
We produce small components using CNC and manual machining techniques. This service handles both repetitive parts and one-off prototypes in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
