- Fontainebleau Apartments: A 168,000 square foot, 7-story luxury apartment building featuring European-style contemporary cabinetry and community amenities.
- Stuart Maserati Alfa Romeo: A state-of-the-art, 21,978 square foot auto dealership featuring large format porcelain tile and polished concrete floors.
- Hotel Morrison: A 7-story, 97,187 square foot limited-service boutique hotel featuring a floor-to-ceiling glazing system and rooftop pool and fitness center.
- Bay Parc Apartments: A 39-floor, 470-unit rental apartment project where we performed full-floor renovations while the balance of the building was occupied.
- Twin Peaks Hollywood: A 6,700 square foot renovation of a 1903 landmark-designated building featuring lumberjack-chic decor and a 60-seat second-floor balcony bar.
