Chaos and Disappointment at St Onge
St Onge's reputation is marred by the terrible service experienced by Chris St Pierre, who reported a horrific ordeal with Jim, a staff member. Chris took his Seadoo to St Onge to repair a hole, only to be left in the dark for weeks. The machine was supposedly sent to an auto body shop, but Chris had to do his own detective work to find out its whereabouts, taking a whopping 2.5 months to resolve the issue.
