Restaurant Experience
The restaurant was found to be welcoming, with friendly staff and moderate pricing. It was noted for its good Italian food, making it a desirable neighborhood spot. The staff made an effort to greet customers upon arrival and thank them for dining when leaving.
Negative Experiences
In contrast, several reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the workplace environment and management. Employees felt underappreciated, with a lack of team morale and support. There were also concerns about the exploitation of hard-working individuals under an 'apprenticeship scheme'. Additionally, issues with management, including rudeness, inexperience, and a lack of power for HR, contributed to the negative atmosphere. High employee turnover and low pay were also mentioned as issues.
