Our Story

Welcome to Jeong's Family Taekwondo, the leader of high-quality martial arts in the Niagara region. Our journey began when Grand Master Jung, a world champion in Taekwondo, relocated to the Niagara region and opened our doors with a mission to empower families to live happy and healthy lives through the shared practice of martial arts.

Our programs are designed to bring families together, promoting a sense of community and empowerment. Our experienced instructors will guide you and your family through a journey of self-discovery, self-improvement, and self-confidence.

Our Programs

We offer a range of programs tailored to suit families with children of all ages. Our Little Tigers program is designed for children aged 3-5, focusing on developing their motor skills, discipline, and confidence. Our Children's program, for ages 6-12, is focused on building their physical strength, mental toughness, and social skills. Our Teens and Adults program, for ages 13+, is designed to improve their overall physical fitness, self-defense skills, and mental well-being.

In addition to our regular programs, we also offer After School Care and Birthday Party packages, providing a fun and engaging environment for children to learn and celebrate.
