Waste of Time and Misleading Rates
James Purcell rated the company with 1 star and expressed dissatisfaction with the service provided. Despite the initial attraction to the advertised rates, the service was terrible, and the company was impossible to reach. Furthermore, there were additional fees that were not disclosed initially.
Poor Customer Service and Lack of Transparency
