Bienvenue to Beaucoup Bakery & Cafe, where the art of French pastry and cafe culture meets innovation and creativity. For ten years, we have raised the bar for fine art of French pastry and cafe culture in Vancouver, building a reputation as a beloved, award-winning destination.
Our Story
Our story began in 2012 when celebrated pastry chef, author, and entrepreneur Jackie Kai Ellis opened the doors to Beaucoup, a patisserie and boulangerie that would soon burst onto the Vancouver culinary scene. Jackie's vision was to create a space that would bring people together through food and drink, and her passion and precision quickly earned Beaucoup a loyal following. In 2017, Betty Hung and her brother Jacky took over as Co-Owners, bringing their own creative vision and expertise to the table. Since then, they have continued to innovate and push the boundaries of French pastry and cafe culture, while staying true to the traditions and techniques that have made Beaucoup a Vancouver institution.
