Service Experience
The service experience at True Confections has been a major concern for several customers. Rahul Kumar had a poor experience with the staff, who seemed unfriendly and uninterested in providing good customer service. Kiaya Tallio also had a terrible experience with slow service, an incompetent staff member, and was even kicked out of the store before closing time.
Food Quality
While some customers have enjoyed the cakes and cheesecakes at True Confections, others have been disappointed with the quality. Kristina H. found the cakes to be too sweet and unhealthy, while Paola Martens thought the cake was okay but not worth the price. Naresh Thumati found the chocolate devil's food cake to be too sweet, but overall enjoyed the cakes.
Prices
Several customers have commented on the high prices of the cakes and cheesecakes at True Confections. Lindsay K. mentioned that the prices are around $10 per slice, while Paola Martens thought the $9.50 per slice was not worth it.
Ambiance
Paola Martens was unimpressed with the ambiance of the store, finding the seating to be cheap and the washroom to be gross. Kiaya Tallio also found the atmosphere to be depressing.

On the other hand, some customers have had very positive experiences at True Confections. Asmita Chakraborty, Yin Lau, Stephen Rees, and Beans all had excellent experiences with the desserts and service. They found the cakes and cheesecakes to be delicious and highly recommend the store.
