Our Investment Criteria

Our investment criteria are centered around healthcare companies with a minimum of $10 million in revenue, and a strong management team in place. We are flexible in our investment structures, and can invest in controlling or minority stakes, and can provide financing for growth initiatives, recapitalizations, or buyouts.
