Services
Chimney Cleaning
Professional chimney cleaning removes creosote buildup and debris to prevent fire hazards. Our technicians use advanced tools to ensure thorough cleaning of masonry fireplaces, wood stoves, and liners. Regular maintenance extends chimney lifespan and maintains insurance compliance, providing safer, more efficient heating systems for residential and commercial properties.
WETT Inspections
WETT-certified inspections evaluate chimney compliance with Canadian safety standards. We assess structural integrity, identify fire risks, and provide detailed reports for insurance purposes. Our inspections include checking liners, dampers, and exterior masonry conditions to ensure optimal performance and code adherence for residential wood-burning systems.
Chimney Rebuilding
We specialize in partial and full chimney rebuilds for severely damaged structures. Our process includes crown repair, brick replacement, and mortar restoration to address weather erosion or structural failure. Using durable materials, we restore functionality while maintaining property aesthetics and safety standards for long-term reliability.
Liner Installation
Stainless steel liner installation ensures proper ventilation and fire safety for masonry chimneys. We replace deteriorated clay tiles with corrosion-resistant metal liners to improve efficiency and meet modern building codes. This prevents heat transfer to combustible materials, significantly reducing fire risks in residential heating systems.
Chimney Capping
Custom chimney caps prevent water intrusion, animal entry, and spark dispersion. We install durable steel or copper caps with mesh screens to protect against weather damage while maintaining proper airflow. This cost-effective solution prevents costly repairs by blocking moisture that causes freeze-thaw cycle damage to chimney interiors.
