Empowering individuals to overcome life's challenges and thrive.

As a registered clinical psychologist with a special interest in helping people cope with health concerns and medical conditions, I provide a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals to address their emotional and psychological well-being. With over two decades of experience in both hospital and private practice settings, I am committed to delivering exceptional psychological services to adults.

My Background and Training

I earned my Ph. D. in Clinical Psychology from The University of Western Ontario and am a registered psychologist with The College of Psychologists of Ontario. Throughout my career, I have worked in various settings, including hospitals and private practices, where I have gained a broad range of clinical experience. My professional affiliations include being a member of the Canadian Psychological Association, Ontario Psychological Association, American Psychological Association, and International Association for the Study of Pain.

Services

As a registered clinical psychologist, I provide psychological assessment, treatment, and individual therapy to adults (18 years of age and older). My treatment approach is tailored to each client's unique needs, incorporating cognitive-behavioral therapy, insight-oriented therapy, and interpersonal therapy. Common concerns that clients seek treatment for include depression, anxiety, worry and guilt, stress, self-esteem, work-related stress, relationship problems, and life transitions.

Assessment and Treatment

During our initial consultation, we will discuss your concerns and I will assess your needs. Together, we will work to create a personalized treatment plan, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, relaxation skills, and coping strategies. My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and compassionate.
