At 2024 Crawford Jewellers, we take pride in our heritage, dating back to 1963, when my father, Ken Crawford, opened our first store. Little did he know that I would follow in his footsteps, building on his legacy of providing excellent service and value to our clients. Five-Step Design Process

Our comprehensive design process is built around collaboration and communication. Each step is designed to ensure that we're creating a masterpiece that meets your unique needs and exceeds your expectations.

Step 1: Introductory Meeting

We begin with an introductory meeting to discuss your vision and ideas, exploring stones, metals, styles, and the personality of the wearer.

Step 2: Free Estimate

We review what you have to work with - any piece of jewellery, loose stones, gold, etc. - to explore options that accommodate your budget while considering the aesthetics of your future creation.

Step 3: CAD Design and Freehand Designs

Once a down payment is received, we begin the design process, including initial designs, revisions, and sketches. We use CAD technology to mock up a computer design to give you a sense of what the final piece will look like.

Step 4: Casting to Perfection

After finalizing the design, we work with your precious metals and selected stones to cast the actual piece.

Step 5: Your Masterpiece is Ready

Once the stones are set and the item is polished, your jewellery is now ready for pickup at our studio or shipping to you, securely and insured.
