For over 70 years, the Vander Lugt family has been growing quality flowers from their Burlington location in Southern Ontario. Positive Feedback on Product Quality
Ed George, a satisfied customer, purchased two "Mini Roses" (one yellow and one red) mid-summer. After transplanting them to a porch box, the original blooms died off, but the bushes continued to grow and produce new buds. They are now covered in blooms and more buds. Ed George plans to contact the company for advice on preserving the plants over the winter, anticipating a whole summer of roses next year.
Negative Feedback on Customer Service
Ayay Multifandom, on the other hand, had a disappointing experience with the company's customer service. They did not receive adequate service and, as a result, will not be returning to make future purchases.
