JONESco Real Estate Inc is an independent, family-owned brokerage founded in 2000 by Helen Jones, a licensed REALTOR in Victoria, BC since 1974, and her son and business partner, Roger Jones. With a strong commitment to building lasting relationships with our clients, we offer a full range of real estate services, including residential, commercial, and investment sales, as well as property management.

Our experienced team of REALTORS includes Alan Pratten, Wayne Garner, Roger Jones, Cindy Garner, Brad Walker, Christina Stack, Doug Holloway, Jay Yoon, Megan Parrish, Serena Kolida, Caleb Mickelson, Stefan Krenz, Jesse Sawyer, Kris Jamieson, Danica Berginc, and Helen Jones, who has been a REALTOR since 1974.
Property Managers
Our Property Managers are dedicated to providing professional and reliable service to our clients. Nicolas Belisle, our Property Management Division Manager, and Jesse Sawyer, joined the firm in 2013 and 2018, respectively. Our Property Management division is available to owners of single-family homes, individual strata units, and all sizes of revenue properties. Our service areas include Greater Victoria, the Saanich Peninsula, and the Western Communities (as far as Sooke).

Tutorials
Helen Jones, a REALTOR since 1974, has developed a passion for tutoring real estate students. Recognizing the need for a tutor to be available for real estate students, she started tutoring UBC's Pre-Licensing course in 1992. Her enthusiasm for the subject matter is contagious, making learning enjoyable and fun. Helen's tutor services are available for students enrolled in various UBC courses, including Real Estate Trading Services, Property Management, Strata Property Management, and more.
Driving Etiquette Issues
One reviewer, Susan Brown, expressed frustration with Georgia's slow driving in the left passing lane on the Malahat mountain highway, causing a pile-up of cars behind her. Georgia was advised to learn the rules of the road and be courteous to fellow drivers.

The agents were accused of pushing hard to sell properties and having unrealistic expectations. Auctions West also had a poor experience with Christina Stack, who failed to respond to messages and emails regarding a property listing.
