Inventory and Prices
The reviews indicate that Maple Ridge Motorsports has a good selection of inventory and competitive prices. Rusher purchased a bike at a great price, and Landon Poato had a positive experience with the parts department, finding obscure washer or bolts they were able to help him with.
Customer Service

Stan, Gary, Troy, and other staff members are described as friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. However, there were some negative experiences. Sayed Zafar had a poor experience with the service department, feeling he was brushed off and not given adequate attention to a radiator leak issue. Rpm Carrier was upset with a parts department employee who seemed rude and unhelpful.
Additional Issues
Rusher notes that they received a new helmet with missing parts, and Landon Poato mentions that some dealerships won't answer phone calls for obscure parts. Tammy Miller, on the other hand, had a seamless experience, with Stan and Gary helping her assemble her new bike to make a comparison.
