However, there were some negative experiences. Sayed Zafar had a poor experience with the service department, feeling he was brushed off and not given adequate attention to a radiator leak issue. Rpm Carrier was upset with a parts department employee who seemed rude and unhelpful.

Additional Issues

Rusher notes that they received a new helmet with missing parts, and Landon Poato mentions that some dealerships won't answer phone calls for obscure parts. Tammy Miller, on the other hand, had a seamless experience, with Stan and Gary helping her assemble her new bike to make a comparison.
