West Niagara Animal Hospital: Positive Feedback and a Few Concerns
The West Niagara Animal Hospital has received generally positive feedback from clients. Most customers have expressed satisfaction with the service provided by the hospital staff and Dr. Hardy. Clients appreciate the staff's friendliness, efficiency, and the vet's knowledge and patience. The hospital's prices are also considered to be very competitive.
One client mentioned that the staff and Dr. Hardy are always wonderful with their dog, Jessica, and highly recommend the hospital. Another client, who has been a pet lover for over 20 years, appreciates the hospital's friendly and courteous staff and competitive prices.
However, there have been a few concerns raised by some clients. One client had a bad experience years ago and gave the hospital another shot, but was disappointed again. The client's pug, Annie, was in need of being put to sleep and cremated, but the hospital couldn't accommodate the client for a week and a half to two weeks. The client felt that the staff was not understanding and accommodating during a difficult time.
Another client had a less than ideal experience with the hospital, finding the staff to be cold and the prices to be very expensive compared to other vets. This client does not plan to return to the hospital.
Overall, the West Niagara Animal Hospital has received positive feedback from most clients, with a few exceptions. The hospital's staff and Dr. Hardy are appreciated for their friendliness, knowledge, and competitive prices. However, there have been a few instances where clients felt that the hospital could improve its service, particularly in terms of accommodating urgent needs and being more understanding during difficult times.
