Our team can assist with obtaining a certificate of estate trustee, preparing legal documents for the estate, and arranging taxes for the estate. We charge $425.00 per hour for legal fees to assist executors with the administration of an estate. An initial consultation is required before services can begin, which costs $500.00, plus HST.

Sometimes, a family cannot agree on certain aspects of an estate, particularly where assets are withheld or not properly disclosed. In these cases, it can be helpful to have an experienced litigation lawyer who can bring your matter to Court. Our team at the Falldien Law Office has experience in estate litigation and can provide you with the representation you need. We charge $425.00 per hour for legal representation regarding an estate. In the alternative, commission fees can be arranged if necessary.
