Our story began with Chef Papa Rez, who immigrated to Canada in 1988 and quickly discovered his love for pizza making. With years of skill and passion, he has refined his craft, creating unique and mouth-watering pizzas and pastas that have become a staple in the community.
Our History
Chef Papa Rez began his journey in pizza making by working at a local pizza franchise, where he quickly became the fastest maker in the store. He then went on to win a competition for preparing a 22, 5-item pizza in less than thirty seconds! His talent was soon recognized, and he was promoted to store manager, allowing him to travel to each store and showcase his creations.

Sicily is a southern island in Italy known for producing some of the most delectable flavors and recipes that have influenced the culinary world.
