Founded in 1988 by Jim Bussey, our Vancouver-based firm has grown to become a comprehensive design house that encompasses not only architecture but also interior design, landscape design, and development under the Formwerks Boutique Properties brand.

Our story began with a focus on single-family residential homes, and over the years, we have expanded our portfolio to include multi-family, commercial, and destination properties. Our team of talented architects, designers, and technologists have designed over 600 custom single-family homes and 2500 homes within multi-family communities, demonstrating our expertise in creating spaces that are not only beautiful but also functional and sustainable.
