Disappointing Experiences
Some customers were left unhappy with their experiences at NAPA in Redwater. Kevin Sustrik had a poor experience when trying to purchase Husqvarna parts, stating that the store didn't have much in stock and the staff didn't seem interested in selling. Joseph Meier felt misled when he was told a lower-priced battery was available, only to find out it was out of stock and had to be ordered. Racheal Watson's battery purchase was disappointing as it failed to work after two months and the store wouldn't replace it due to improper maintenance. Garth Jenkins had a bad experience when the store didn't have a saw on sale that he wanted, and the store was severely understaffed.
Positive Feedback
On the other hand, many customers had positive experiences at NAPA in Redwater. John Erdman appreciated the good range of parts and tools available and the willingness of the staff to order items in. Matt Brill, David Jay Tingley, Allegra Tingley, Stephen White, and Hursheey all had excellent experiences with the staff, particularly Jacob and Chris, who were knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to find the parts and tools they needed, and in some cases, received great deals on lawn care essentials.
