Services
Custom Foot Orthotics
Custom foot orthotics redistribute pressure, improve alignment, and relieve pain caused by conditions like plantar fasciitis or arthritis. Designed from 3D scans, they enhance daily comfort and mobility for work, sports, or leisure activities. Our orthotics integrate with orthopedic footwear for full-body alignment and long-term relief.
Spinal Bracing
Spinal braces address scoliosis, disc herniation, or post-surgical recovery by stabilizing the spine and reducing pain. Custom-fitted lumbar and thoracic supports promote posture correction while ensuring comfort during prolonged wear. Collaborative care with healthcare providers ensures optimal fit and functionality.
Cranial Helmets
Cranial remolding helmets correct plagiocephaly or brachycephaly in infants through gentle pressure application. Custom-fitted using 3D scanning, they guide natural skull development over 3-4 months. Ongoing adjustments ensure comfort and effective reshaping without restricting mobility.
Lower Body Bracing
Knee and ankle braces stabilize joints post-injury or surgery, reducing pain and preventing reinjury. Custom devices improve alignment and mobility for conditions like ligament injuries or neurological disorders. Lightweight designs accommodate footwear and active lifestyles.
Canine Bracing
Custom dog braces aid recovery from joint issues, injuries, or post-surgery adjustments. Tailored solutions support stability and comfort for pets, mirroring human-grade precision. Designed for durability, they enable pain-free movement and activity.

Questions
How long does it take to receive a custom brace?
The fabrication process takes 2-3 weeks. After casting or scanning, we create the mold and craft the brace, followed by adjustments at your second appointment.
Are custom orthotics covered by insurance?
Most extended health plans cover orthotics. Check with your provider for requirements like prescriptions or documentation, and annual coverage limits.
Can cranial helmets correct all infant head deformities?
Helmets effectively treat positional plagiocephaly and brachycephaly but not craniosynostosis, which requires surgical intervention. Early assessment ensures appropriate treatment.
Do braces weaken muscles over time?
No, braces support mobility without restricting movement, preventing muscle atrophy. They encourage activity and maintain strength while managing conditions.
What funding options exist for bracing?
Eligible programs include Ontario ADP, WSIB, NIHB, and charities like the March of Dimes. We assist with applications to reduce out-of-pocket costs.
Can orthotics cure foot conditions?
Orthotics manage symptoms and prevent progression but do not cure structural issues. They work best as part of a broader treatment plan including exercises and footwear changes.
