Hospital Experiences
Poor Patient Care and Long Wait Times
Multiple reviewers had negative experiences with long wait times and poor patient care at the hospital. Sunny Sharma reported a five-hour wait for a two-month-old baby in the ER, and Al Zammit mentioned waiting for eight hours with six patients ahead and only one doctor available between 8 pm and 8 am. These experiences highlight the hospital's inability to manage patient flow and provide timely care.
Unprofessional and Unorganized Staff
Reviewers also reported unprofessional and unorganized staff behavior. Tracy Nguyen mentioned a nurse who yelled at her over the phone and hung up, while Natalie Balta criticized the hospital's discriminatory vaccine policy and junior staff working in high-level positions. Nick Smith even suggested that there should be an investigation into the hospital's practices and staff behavior.
Triage Issues and Lack of Resources
Tyler Nolan criticized the hospital's triage system, noting that non-emergency cases were prioritized over more urgent ones. Nikki F. also mentioned issues with triage, as well as a lack of available COVID tests for her son and daughter when they were sick.
Rude and Dismissive Nurses and Doctors
Mark Abernethy described the nurses and doctors at the hospital as rude, dismissive, and a "disgrace to their profession and humanity." Nikki F. also reported negative experiences with nurses, including one who broke an IV needle inside her arm and another who mixed up her children's information.
Lack of Resources and Security
Alexandru Visa Perieteanu noted that the hospital had four security guards but lacked medical supplies. Nick Smith mentioned 80 open positions for hire, which would not affect patient care.
