The company's service has deteriorated over time, with guaranteed deliveries often not arriving on time. In some cases, deliveries are not even attempted until after the office has closed, despite paying for guaranteed before 5 pm delivery.

The customer service is appalling, with a dispatcher who is consistently rude and insolent. When issues arise, the dispatcher is argumentative and never apologetic, even when the error is on their side.
