Poor Customer Service Experience
The reviewer had a extremely negative experience when they called the insurance company. They were met with an Abrupt and Rude Response from the person who answered the phone, with no indication that they had reached the correct number. The person on the other end was curt and asked "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" without any introduction or professionalism.
Lack of Phone Manners
The reviewer was taken aback by the rude response and the awkward silence that followed. They attempted to make small talk by asking if they had caught the person at lunchtime, but were met with an even more rude response of "NO KIDDING!" The reviewer felt that the person on the phone did not want to do business and lacked phone manners and professionalism altogether.
Unprofessional Behavior
The reviewer's wife also commented on the poor phone manner of the person on the end of the call. The reviewer ultimately decided not to do business with the company due to the unprofessional behavior and instead opted for a more professional company.
