Surveying: Our surveying department was established in 2002 to provide professional land surveying services that meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency. Our team of experienced surveyors works closely with our planning and civil design departments to provide seamless and comprehensive land development services.
Planning: Our planning team is experienced in various land development applications, including single-family and multi-family residential subdivisions, rezoning applications, neighborhood plan amendments, and numerous development permit projects. We have extensive knowledge of the bylaw requirements within each of the municipalities in the Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas.
Civil Engineering: Our civil engineering services range from basic two-lot subdivisions to large-scale urban and rural developments, including government infrastructure projects. We design and construct roadworks, watermains, drainage, stormwater management, sewers, street lighting, site grading, and site servicing.
Environmental: Our environmental services include erosion and sediment control (ESC) design and monitoring. We have experience in designing and monitoring ESC plans for various projects, including residential subdivisions, commercial buildings, schools, hospitals, high-rises, and rural properties.
