Friendly and Helpful Staff
Several customers praised the staff for being friendly and helpful. Rude Staff
On the other hand, Hector Espinosa had a shocking experience with one of the staff members, who he found rude and unhelpful. The staff member was unwilling to assist him with his inquiry about ebikes and ultimately told him to look elsewhere.
Delays and Unresponsive Staff
Carol L. had a disappointing experience with the shop, as she had to wait for 10 minutes outside with her greasy hands while the staff member helped other customers, and then blamed her for not waiting long enough. She also mentioned that the shop told her it would take 3 weeks for a tune-up.
Quality of Service and Products
