Customer Service
The customer service experience for Entripy is mostly negative. Many reviewers expressed frustration with the company's customer service, citing examples of poor communication, unhelpful staff, and a lack of accountability. Marktgohara and Bar Kirshon had particularly terrible experiences, with Marktgohara being told that a logo change was his fault, and Bar Kirshon having to go back and forth multiple times to get the design corrected. Manh Nguyen also had a poor experience, with multiple delays and a lack of communication.
