Professionalism and Quality of Work
The majority of reviewers praised Lighthouse Landscape for their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work. Brent Hodge, Gillian Baranowsky, Tosha Foreman, and Lawrence Loop all commended the company for their courteous and detail-oriented team, timely execution of plans, and excellent work. The teams were also praised for keeping the work site clean and tidy.
Disappointments and Disputes
Unfortunately, several reviewers had negative experiences with Lighthouse Landscape. Dave Cruden reported that the team cut too fast and damaged his car, while Chris Burton and Peter Muller described their experiences as "terrible" and "unacceptable." Chris Burton listed numerous errors, including incorrect grading and plant selection, which caused problems with their yard. Peter Muller expressed dissatisfaction with the company's failure to deliver on their promises and poor communication. The Berkhout Channel also had a terrible experience, citing dishonesty and lack of accountability.

Lawrence Loop, for example, mentioned that some areas of their patio did not receive adequate mulch.
