Services
EPVD Coating
Our patented Electro-magnetically enhanced Physical Vapor Deposition (EPVD) process applies high-performance coatings to industrial components. This technology enables precise material deposition on internal surfaces of complex geometries, offering superior wear resistance and thermal stability. The process accommodates bore diameters from 1/4 inch to 20 inches with lengths up to 40 feet, supporting diverse applications across defense and industrial sectors.
Chrome Elimination
We provide environmentally safe alternatives to hazardous chrome plating through our proprietary EPVD technology. This solution eliminates carcinogenic hexavalent chromium while improving component performance in weapon systems and industrial equipment. Our chrome replacement process maintains dimensional tolerances without requiring additional surface treatments, reducing operational costs and environmental impact.
CoatAlloy Application
Our CoatAlloy system mitigates coking in ethylene industry furnaces through inert surface coatings. This technology forms continuous oxide layers that resist carburization and thermal shock in extreme environments up to 1200C. The self-healing coatings enhance furnace efficiency and reduce maintenance requirements in petrochemical processing applications.
Weapon Systems Coating
We specialize in improving weapon system longevity through advanced coating solutions. Our EPVD process enhances small, medium, and large caliber weapon systems' resistance to erosion and fatigue. This technology has been tested and implemented for clients including the US Navy, Leonardo Sistemi di Difesa, and Rheinmetall Waffe Munition GmbH.
Aerospace Component Coating
Our coating solutions address wear and corrosion challenges in aerospace applications. The EPVD process improves landing gear components and other critical aircraft parts' performance under extreme operating conditions. This technology enables material replacement solutions that meet the industry's increasing performance requirements for military aircraft systems.
