What to Expect

At CityWide Plumbing & Power, we're committed to providing a seamless experience for our clients. When you work with us, you can expect:

• Employee screening, with employees asked not to report to work if they're experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or are sick or feeling unwell
• Company vehicles equipped with hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes, and employees not sharing vehicles
• Frequent disinfecting of vehicle surfaces and tools and equipment before and after each service call
• Personal protective equipment worn by employees at all times inside the home
• A call from the technician upon arrival to notify you of their arrival
