Our Story

Victoria Coal & Heating Ltd has been providing home heating services throughout the lower region of Vancouver Island for almost 100 years. At our locally run family-owned business, we strive to provide the highest standard of customer service. Our courteous, knowledgeable, and experienced journeymen can provide installation, maintenance and repair services for all of our heating units.

Our Services

Our licensed journeymen technicians can handle all your home heating needs, from heating oil deliveries to the installation of a new heating unit. We offer a wide range of services, including natural gas heating equipment, oil-fired heating equipment, electric heating equipment, water heaters, furnace repairs, and home heating oil delivery. We also provide oil to natural gas conversions, and our Full-Service Plan includes scheduled oil deliveries and annual servicing of your furnace or boiler.

Our Expertise

At Victoria Coal & Heating Ltd, we install all types of equipment including ducted systems and hydronic systems. Also, when you purchase a heating unit from us, you'll receive a 1-year service warranty with the installation. That means if any problems arise with your new unit within the first year of ownership, day or night, we'll fix it - free of charge.
