Unreliable Contractor
Author Graham H. had a disappointing experience with a contractor who was supposed to do a bathroom renovation at their home. The company initially agreed to work on the project, saying they could fit it into their schedule. However, they later sent an email apologizing and informing the author that they would not be able to complete the job.
