Our ECOAT services feature two state-of-the-art ecoat lines, each equipped with 7-stage pretreatment, PPG Powercron 590-534 wear packages, and the ability to accommodate parts up to 24"x24"x68" in size. We also provide zinc phosphating services for various applications, including cleaning, corrosion resistance, and surface preparation for finishing.

In addition, our 630 ft powder production line offers high-volume powder coating services for metal components up to 50" in length. Our powder coating services have been added to our ISO 9001 scope, ensuring the highest level of quality and precision.
