Our electrocoat finishing services utilize two dedicated lines with 7-stage pretreatment systems. Line 1 features immersion technology while Line 2 employs impingement spray for optimal coverage. We accommodate parts up to 24"x24"x68" with specialized masking options for welding applications. The PPG Powercron 590-534 wear package ensures compliance with major automotive OEM specifications including GM, Ford, and Toyota standards. Our 16-20 hour production capacity supports high-volume requirements with in-house stripping and racking capabilities.
Powder Coating
Our 630-foot powder coating line, operational since 2020, handles components up to 70" long. The ISO 9001-certified process includes automated application systems for consistent coverage on complex geometries. Zinc Phosphating
