The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Hamilton branch is a non-profit community mental health agency dedicated to providing recovery-focused programs and services to adults with serious mental illness. Our Services
We offer a range of programs and services designed to support individuals with mental health concerns. Our BounceBack program is a free, evidence-based program that helps individuals build skills to improve their mental health. We also provide mental health support through our recovery-focused programs and services, which cater to individuals of all ages and their families. Additionally, we offer resources and support for individuals struggling with suicidal thoughts and/or behaviours, as well as their families.
