Service Issues
Beverley Jim had a disappointing experience with Tower Cleaners, as they failed to return her Louis Vuitton scarf worth over $1000, even after multiple promises from the operational manager Dan. Similarly, Jennie I. experienced poor customer service and a lack of follow-up from the owners after her initial complaint about a ruined piece of clothing.
Pricing Concerns
David Fry found the pricing to be outrageous, with a total of $95 for cleaning three pillow covers and two throws, even with a 20% discount. Lamat Mulac also found the prices to be too high, paying twice as much for cleaning an uniform without a shirt compared to a friend who paid half the price for cleaning an uniform and a shirt.
Damage to Clothing
Anton Vinokurov had a bad experience with Tower Cleaners, as his winter jacket's zipper was broken after cleaning, and later his wife's winter fur coat's buckle was ruined. Although the manager offered to replace the zipper and made the next cleaning free, Vinokurov was still disappointed.
