At The Joy of Gluten Free, we are passionate about creating a world where everyone can enjoy delicious and safe food, regardless of their dietary restrictions. Our journey began with our founder, Susan Phipps, who was diagnosed with Celiac disease and had to navigate the world of gluten-free living. We've been on a mission to make gluten-free food not just tolerable, but truly enjoyable and accessible to everyone.
Our Bakery
Our bakery is a 100% dedicated gluten-free, soy-free, peanut-free facility that uses over 22 different types of flours to create a wide range of products. We offer a daily selection of over 90 products, from breads, buns, and pizza crusts to cakes, pies, and cookies. Our products are made from scratch and are designed to cater to a variety of dietary needs and preferences, including lactose-free, dairy-free, vegan, egg-free, and sugar-free options.

Our Hours
We're open for walk-in touch-free shopping or curbside pick-up Monday to Saturday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays. VIP pick-up service is available until 9:00 PM Monday to Saturday. Please call us at 613-907-1252 to arrange pre-orders or large orders.
