Running the shop alongside his wife Bernadette and youngest daughter Miriam, Milo's Pastry is a family affair that exudes warmth and passion for the art of baking.
Before immigrating to Canada from Lebanon in the early 90s, Milo honed his skills as a pastry chef for over a decade at the prestigious Sands Hotel in Saudi Arabia. Catering to high-society clients, including royalty, Milo's experience and dedication set the stage for his own business venture.

- Cakes & Flavours: Each cake is carefully crafted, with offerings such as Strawberry Shortcake, Hazelnut Chocolate, and Lebanese Black Forest. Our Canadian Black Forest variant features cherry filling with Kirsch liquor as an option, while our White Forest showcases vanilla sponge with whipped cream.

Please note that custom cake orders (fondant or buttercream) require a two-week notice, while regular cake orders require two to four days notice. Since we book up quickly, we cannot accommodate additional orders once we reach our capacity. In addition, we do not provide quotes over the phone - instead, please contact us via email or our contact form.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, but due to the intricate nature of cake and pastry artistry, changes must be made five days prior to the order delivery date. Full payment is required for custom orders cancelled within five days of the delivery date, and deposits or full payments will be refunded only in the form of store credit.
