Poor Customer Service at Arctic Cleaners
The customer, Suzqqq L., experienced a disappointing encounter at Arctic Cleaners due to the poor customer service. The staff was unresponsive and rude, failing to acknowledge the customer's presence upon entering the store. The customer requested that two shirts be pressed for the same day, as they were needed urgently. The staff member responded rudely, stating that everyone else also wanted their items for the long weekend. When asked if one shirt could be pressed immediately, the staff member replied that it would cost extra.
The customer was unimpressed with the staff's demeanor and noted that they had previously received better service at the same cleaners, including emergency services where items were cleaned on the spot. Due to this negative experience, the customer will no longer be using Arctic Cleaners or any other facilities associated with their services.
