- Ed and Christine Verboom: Ed and Christine have been married for over 30 years and have two children. Ed is the founder of the company and has been in the plumbing industry for over 40 years. Christine handles the administrative side of the business.
- Jeff Verboom: Jeff is Ed and Christine's son and has been a licensed plumber since 2006. He lives in Bills Corners with his girlfriend and son.
- Jason Haggith: Jason is an apprentice plumber who has been with the company since 2005. He lives in Waterford with his girlfriend Rhonda and son.
- Travis Erdelac: Travis is an apprentice plumber who has been working in the plumbing trade for several years. He lives in Langton and went to Valley Heights Secondary School.
- Shawn Morris: Shawn is a licensed plumber who lives in the Simcoe area with his two children. He has several years of experience in the plumbing industry.
- Chris Earls: Chris is a licensed plumber who lives in Teeterville with his three children. He has several years of experience in the plumbing industry.
- Don Schinkel: Don is the Office Manager and has over 20 years of experience in purchasing and inventory management. He is not a plumber but has been with the company since 2004.
- Ryan Dumoulin: Ryan is the newest addition to the Ed Verboom Plumbing Ltd. team. He graduated from Holy Trinity in Simcoe and is excited about his career in the plumbing industry.
- Annette: Annette has been with the company since 2010 and handles administrative tasks. She has lived in Norfolk County all her life and enjoys working with the team.
