What areas do you service?
We serve Ottawa, Kanata, Westboro, Nepean, Britannia, Bells Corners, Stittsville, Carp and surrounding areas. Additional charges apply for locations east of the Rideau River and rural areas.
What identification do I need?
Two government-issued IDs required, including one photo ID with address. Acceptable forms include driver's license, passport, permanent resident card, and citizenship documents.
Can I sign documents beforehand?
No documents must be signed in my presence. I cannot notarize pre-signed documents to maintain legal integrity and proper verification procedures.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash (exact change preferred), debit cards, Visa, and Mastercard for all notary services and related fees.
How much does notarization cost?
Basic notarization costs $60 including HST for first document. Additional documents cost $10 each. Extended locations incur minimum $10 additional charges for travel and parking.
Do you offer after-hours service?
Appointments available by arrangement. While standard hours apply, we accommodate evening and weekend appointments to meet client scheduling needs through prior coordination.
