Positive Experiences

Negative Experiences
However, several customers had negative experiences with Trans-Ontario Express. C. H. and Federico Baena both gave the company 1-star ratings due to unprofessional behavior. C. H.'s employee damaged their car and the company was uncooperative in resolving the issue, while Federico said he was not paid and the company refused to recognize his work.
