Our journey began when Iris Cook, our founder's mother, was offered some fireplace items by a blacksmith on Yonge Street, which led to the birth of our store. Concurrently, our founder's father, Ken Cook, operated Ken Cook Delivery, making deliveries for Toronto area artists with his VW van, forming long-lasting ties with decorators and artists in Yorkville. These humble beginnings paved the way for our store to become the go-to destination for fireplaces in Toronto.
