Unreliable Roofing Experience
In 2014, New World Roofing Ltd. installed a tar roof on a customer's new carport, accompanied by a 10-year warranty. However, just three years later, in 2017, the roof started leaking. The customer, Burnaby R., attempted to contact Sona Atwal, the representative from New World Roofing Ltd., via numerous emails and phone calls for four months. Despite his efforts, Atwal only responded twice, providing the same vague response of being out of town and promising to address the issue within the week. Unfortunately, Atwal failed to follow through on his commitments, leaving the customer without a resolution to the problem.
Lack of Communication and Resolution
The customer's experience with New World Roofing Ltd. was marred by poor communication and a lack of resolution. Despite the roof's warranty, the company failed to respond promptly to the customer's concerns and did not provide a timely or effective solution to the problem.
